My names is Charles Baker, i am 62 years old and am going to start a new adventure, thus the title of my blog site. I will be posting recipes of meals that i cook for my wife on my days of from work. I also will be documenting times that we go on the road in our wonderful state of Arizona, whether it be fishing trips, hiking or searching old mining towns in Arizona that have become ghost towns, or trips the over 100 national designated wilderness areas in our state. In addition, many of my first post will include my adventures at school. I started back to school in May of 2017, i will graduate from Estrella Mountain Community College in December of 2021 with my Associates in Accounting and from there will begin attending Grand Canyon University and pursue my bachelors degree, “You are never too old”!
